The kids are encouraged to enter a number of contests at school. Most entail either writing or drawing about a certain theme. We seldom win the writing contests, but often times have had good luck with the drawing awards.
The latest contest was for the fair housing project. The theme was "Fair housing on the right track". Kelly wanted to draw a block of houses highlighting the one that offers fair housing in bold bright colors, and the rest that are not welcoming in dull colors. She wasn't sure what kind of houses to draw, so I showed her the cute city line that Stephanie drew for the Sunny Happy Skies Bella Blvd line.
She thought it was perfect and recreated the images for her poster. I shared her creation with Bella Blvd, and today Stephanie featured her on the blog! If you would like to see more about Kelly's project go to Bella Blvd.

Also, just had to come here and tell you that i LOVE, LOVE your "why" layout on Bella today!!! It's super fabulous! I've saved it in my "inspiration layouts" folder. :-D
