Extreme

Last weekend skateboarding was a main event for the X Games. I know, not because we could watch it on TV (no cable), but because my teenage skateboarder was following the events through his other sources of information.

Connor has a huge interest in the sport lately. His most recent ambition is to become a pro skater or own his own skateboard deck design company. (Should we suggest to have a backup plan?)

On his way to attaining his dreams, it seems he's holding his own X games right here at home. Kevin did the photo shoot for this publicity stunt.

...But did he really ollie over our fairly new mini van. Or did he climb his 145lb body on top of our new mini van, and jump off, to appear to do the trick.

I don't know that it matters. Either way the stunt is a bit extreme and creative. Either way (let me clear my throat) I think he needs a talking to about his skateboard practice sessions and how to treat the new van.
