Sweet Thirteen

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my littlest boy....Who today, is officially a teen!

Stay sweet Kevin. Always be the boy with the BIG heart, the one who likes to give, the one who cries a little when he reads his grandma's birthday card that says she misses you, the one that still holds my hand and likes to snuggle close, the one who gives hugs, and jumps up and down at the sight of a favorite present. Be proud of who you are, be comfortable in your skin, and realize the goodness that you bring to each day.

On the same note, we all miss grandma (and grandpa, of coarse) and wish she (I mean they) could travel to be part of the party. But the next best thing to having grandma at the party in person is to have her sitting on the kitchen table, inside our computer. Thanks to the world of Skype it is possible. And after talking to her, Kevin was once again a "happy" birthday boy.
