Circus day today at school for the 4th graders. Not having much experience in clown design, I think we did a pretty good job turning Kelly into a clown.

And for those of you that were at our wedding a good 16 years ago...Yes, that shirt and bow tie that Kelly is sporting are the same ones that Ricky wore at our reception.

For those of you who weren't there, let me explain. A good friend of ours made that shirt for Ricky as a groom. It has colored elephants on the sleeves because we had the reception at the Milwaukee County Zoo, Ricky's favorite animal was an elephant, and it was the early nineties. So at our reception Ricky whipped off his tux jacket (tails and all I might add) and surprised my mom and everyone with this colorful attire. It was a fun moment back in the day when we were fun people.

Anyway, it is worth pushing around those old duds in the closet year, after year, after year. Sometimes so that they can be put to good use, and sometimes so that they can bring back some good memories.
