These are the Groovy Brothers. Kevin is the grooviest brother in the middle with the wig on. He and the other two brothers, who are classmates of his, had to create a album jacket for school.
The boys said they were the only ones not taking the project too seriously. Kevin's part was to design and construct the album cover. He even got out the Wishblade (althought he always thinks it's called the "swishblade") to cut out the letters. 
I think he could join the girls at the next crop. I see some scrapbooing talent here.
