Tax Payment

I am definitely a procrastinator. Every year I get the check from my mortgage company early in December for my property taxes, and every year I am running out on New Years Eve day to pay my tax bill. You think I would just do it earlier in the week if not earlier in the month. It's not like I'm not out and about everyday. Maybe I should call it a tradition to make it sound more meaningful and less like a shortcoming.

Well off to the bank and City Hall I go on my traditional New Years Eve tax payment celebration....how does that sound?
